You have access for life. You pay once per course, and anything we add to that course later is yours at no extra cost.

Choose a course and pay online with iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact or a bank transfer. As soon as the payment has gone through, the course is in your overview. You also get a payment confirmation by email. With a bank transfer, it takes one or two working days for your payment to arrive.

You hear every word in two voices and say it out loud after them. That way your mouth gets used to Dutch. There's no teacher or conversation partner, and no computer listens to you. So find someone to talk to: the sooner, the better.

No. If you need official proof of your level, you take an official exam, such as the Staatsexamen NT2.

Yes. The site works in any browser, on your laptop, phone and tablet. You don't need to install anything, and your progress is the same everywhere.

Then you open it with one tap, just like an app. Here's how:

• iPhone or iPad: open the site in Safari, tap the share icon at the bottom (the square with the arrow pointing up) and choose 'Add to Home Screen'.
• Android: open the site in Chrome, tap the three dots at the top right and choose 'Install app' or 'Add to Home screen'.

You don't need to get anything from an app store, and you always have the latest version.

We're sorry you're not completely happy or can't finish the course. You can ask for your money back within 14 days of your purchase. In your orders, you'll find the 'Ask for a refund' button.

No account, or not logged in? Then enter your email address and your order number on the page below. You get a confirmation by email straight away, and we refund the amount to your bank account within 14 days. You don't need to do anything else.
