Cancel your purchase or ask for a refund

Not what you were looking for after all? Within 14 days of your purchase, you can ask for a refund here, or cancel the contract. You don't need to give a reason.

Without logging in

Enter the email address you ordered with and the order number from your confirmation email. If the order belongs to that address, we'll send you a link to confirm your request.
